The following terms and conditions apply to all deliveries from AllerGuard's Webshop unless other agreements have been made.

Documentation and guidance

There are product descriptions and user manuals for the product, and they are included with the delivery from AllerGuard. If you would like further information or advice, please contact us at info@allerguard.eu.

Time of delivery and transport

Delivery of goods from AllerGuard's Webshop is considered to have taken place when the customer has received the goods. All orders are sent directly to the customer, unless otherwise agreed separately between the buyer and AllerGuard's Webshop.

This means that the goods are shipped within 3 working days after receiving the order. Recipients in the EU have free delivery.

Payment

We will not deduct the amount for payment before we ship your order

The risk of the goods

The risk for goods ordered in our WEBSHOP is transferred to the buyer when the right of withdrawal has expired after 14 days from receipt. If the goods have been damaged or deteriorated after the buyer has received them, he retains his right of withdrawal if the damage or deterioration is not due to negligence or lack of care on his part.

Remember to save the original packaging, as the item must be returned in its original packaging in the event of any complaints or damage.

Complaint

You have a 2-year warranty from the date of purchase on items purchased in our webshop, which covers defects discovered no later than 2 years after purchase. The right of complaint means that you can complain about defects in the product, and AllerGuard offers to exchange the product, give a price reduction or refund the money.

If you wish to assert your right of complaint, contact AllerGuard at info@allerguard.eu.

It is important to file a complaint as soon as possible after you discover the error, otherwise you may lose your rights. You must complain "within a reasonable time" after you have discovered the defect. If you complain within 2 months, we consider it to be timely.

Guarantee

AllerGuard products come with a 10-year warranty. The warranty is based on washing and the product as prescribed in the enclosed instruction manual. Washing of products must be done at a maximum of 60 degrees C, an average of 5 x annually for 10 years. As a consumer, you can choose whether the product should be repaired or exchanged.

Right of withdrawal

AllerGuard's Webshop provides a 14-day right of withdrawal, valid from the day you receive the item. If you regret the purchase, AllerGuard's Webshop must be notified of this no later than 14 days after the day you received the item.

As AllerGuard is a medical aid approved by the Danish Medicines Agency, products that have been unpacked are not returned.

You are therefore obliged to return the item in the same condition and quantity as it was received. This also applies to the packaging and information signs that are on the product.

Returnering

If you wish to return the purchased item, you can contact AllerGuard on info@allerguard.eu and order a free packing slip for the returned item.

Once the return item has been accepted by us, we will return the full amount to the account from which the purchase was made

Accountability

Agreements (purchase orders) can be concluded in English or German and kept by the company for 5 years. It is not possible to access the invoice afterwards via our website. If you wish to receive a copy of the invoice by e-mail, please send an e-mail to: info@allerguard.eu.
